Meet RŌNIN chilli. The spicy-crunchy chilli oil that adds a perfectly balanced addition of umami, texture, heat and flavour to your favourite dishes.

We start by frying fresh onions and garlic to spring onion infused vegetable oil. This is done until the garlic and onion turn into crispy nuggets of golden pleasure. 

The next layer of the flavour of sweetness comes from a combination of star anise and cassia bark that infuses the oil with a double hit combo that is truly transformative. 

Add it to anything - pasta, stir fry, roast, eggs, toasties - it doesn’t discriminate.
