Meet Ronin kelp. "Wild Victoria beach cast & hand foraged roasted bull kelp & wild garlic soy sauce with a hint of wild green pink peppercorn leaves. Taking inspiration from shoyu tare, tamari & soy sauce. Think briny, dark salted caramel, coffee, chocolate and hazelnut notes and aromas to awaken your primordial senses with lingering umami. The sauce to replace all other seasonings.

Ingredients: Organic Tamari(water,soy beans, salt), water, sake, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, spring onion, ginger, pink peppercorn leaf (Schinus molle), garlic,bull kelp(Durvillaea potatorum), shiitake mushroom

EJ & Danny where gracious enough to send me both some Ronin Kelp Soy and there marvellous Ronin chilli with a lovely personally addressed letter to me up to Queensland. I must say that I was extremely impressed with the Kelp soy product ( as well as the chilli) . The flavour was smooth, and delicate with strong umami undertones . I find it very versatile for all sorts of applications from marinades, dressings, adding to stocks and of course as a side condiment for all proteins, starches and veggies. Overall I am very impressed with the product and its really no surprise when you have someone like EJ sourcing, processing and producing a truly unique Ocean to plate product . Well done to EJ, Danny and team !

Love the flavor thank you. A sprinkle on wok tossed prawns with garlic, ginger, brocolini and finely sliced crispy fried chives - Yum but sorry no photos! Loved the packaging presentation. It was fun & a pleasure to open the box with no plastic etc
